Recipes USING G Hughes HONEY FLAVORED BBQ SAUCE


G Hughes' BAKED SALMON PACKET

6 oz Salmon Fillet • 1 Cup pre-cooked WILD Rice • 1/4 Cup EVOO • 1/4 Cup Toasted Almonds • 1 TBSP Golden Raisins • 1 TBSP Chopped red onion • 6-8 oz Veggies of choice • 12"x12" Parchment Paper • Salt/Pepper/Basil (to Taste)  • G Hughes Sugar Free Honey Flavored BBQ

Heat medium skillet to medium high, add EVOO to heated pan. Sauté onions for 1 or 2 minutes, add raisins, rice, and almonds to pan and sauté for about 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and season rice mixture with salt, pepper, and Basil.  Set aside until ready to build the packet.

Place your parchment paper on a flat surface. Drizzle a bit of oil in the center of the paper. Place your cooked rice over the oil. Add your veggies, then the rest of the oil. Place salmon on top of the veg, drizzle with BBQ Sauce, and garnish with basil. Fold the parchment over itself to cover the salmon, and crimp the sides of the paper until a pocket is formed. Bake at 400˚F for 10-15 minutes (Cooking longer produces a more well done fish).  Remove from oven and use scissors to cut open packet (Caution Extremely Hot). Serve packet on large plate and garnish with more almonds and basil.

G Hughes' SHRIMP LETTUCE WRAP TACOS

Bibb lettuce • pre-cooked shrimp • Finley shredded cabbage • sliced cucumber • shredded carrot • Sliced red jalapeno • G Hughes Sugar Free Honey Flavored BBQ

To serve, fill bottom of each lettuce cup with shredded cabbage and 3 pieces of cooked shrimp, top with carrots and jalapeno. Drizzle with 2TB of G Hughes Sugar Free Honey BBQ Sauce.


G Hughes' BBQ Drizzled Grilled Corn

Corn on the cob • crushed red pepper • Fresh Cilantro • G Hughes Sugar Free Honey Flavored BBQ Sauce

Grill corn using grill or a stovetop grill attachment. Drizzle with G Hughes Sugar Free Honey Flavored BBQ Sauce and sprinkle with crushed red pepper and cilantro.
