G Hughes' Parm Peppercorn Air fried Chicken

Chicken Thighs • shaved Parmesan cheese• Salt & Pepper • Paprika • Parsley • Pork Rind Crumbs

• 1 Bottle G Hughes Sugar Free Parm Peppercorn Marinade

1. Place chicken thighs in a large bowl and cover completely with G Hughes Sugar Free Parm Peppercorn Marinade. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes (up to 8 hours).

2. Crumb mix ingredients: pork rind crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasoning.

3. Lightly spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray and preheat it to 380°F, for 2-3 minutes.

4. Let excess marinade run from each chicken piece and dip in crumb mixture and pat until fully coated.

5. Place chicken thighs in air fryer, do not stack. Cook for 25 minutes or until golden brown with internal temperature reaching 165°F.

6. Top with extra Parmesan cheese, marinade, parsley and enjoy!
